They went above and beyond to achieve a beautiful and full looking weave with beautiful quality hair on my head of very short hair and bald top of my head! Such gorgeous ladies to hang out with and I have already recommended to several of my gals!

They fit me in same week, late in the evening and on Saturday and Connie and Edna worked together to colour match me. I bought 26 inches of blonde plus ash blonde curly Russian hair and they installed it for free.

I've been here many times over the years. The prices seem to change and are different than the website. I seem to have to haggle each time. For a cut and colour it was quoted as $200 which is quite high considering thas quality of th colour products and environment of the salon. I'd expect to pay this at a top market place. More recent they have double booked appointments, making me wait long periods. I made am early appointment and they didn't bother turning up at all, they said they tried to contact me the night before to no avail. You'd still turn up being in a service industry. I phoned and they said they could have someone there in an hour. Poor customer service. They lost my business. I wouldn't go back now.

I have been having my hair extensions from many different places for a lot of years now and I have never been satisfied until now...This place is the best I have been too and wished I had seen from the get go..they are best and result is too...Highly recommend them..they are very approachable, happy , friendly lovely people...I will continue to be a customer .no longer need to go elsewhere..very happy
