After trying another travel agent who spent a lot of wasted time not listening to me and attempting me sell me everything I didn't want, it was a total pleasure to walk into this shopfront and get exactly what I wanted, without question and have it all done in a matter of minutes.

I just told them what i wanted within a holiday and they accommodated to my holiday needs with no hesitation. Service was top-class and waiting time to be served was very minimal.

Staff are helpful and friendly and really go that extra mile. Planned our holiday with great prices and no fuss. Am already planning my next holiday with them. Loved it!
