Not this particular branch is at fault BUT .......You cannot use their gift cards online for purchases, only in store (if it hasn't closed down), then a $20 fee has to be paid for any bookings.... first and last time with Flight Centre.

Didnt have a booking, but wanted some information and a quote for a potential holiday. They accomodated me after a short wait and offered me a fairly good deal. Very helpfull, the lady gave me her card and some brochures to take home so was very pleased with the service i was given and for her time

Staff at this centre are so friendly and helpful, they search the very best deal and they know there stuff, just had holiday in Fiji all booked through Greensborough Anadelle consultant,fantastic accomodation everything arranged there were 7 travelling and wanted to stay for another week.The children so loved the Outrigger so perfect thank you FLIGHT CENTRE.....

Staff make out they are a bit better than everyone else. The staff say "Oh yes I have been there", then when you ask about a particular town they have no idea what you are talking about. The staff made you feel like you were bothering them by walking into the shop. They don't smile or make you feel good about booking your holiday.

I'm describing my experience with a particular member of staff who has now moved to the Greensborough office. Liz Callis is so very helpful and provided us with everything we wanted for our second honeymoon and at a price that other Flight Centres couldn't do. Personalised, prompt service, not pushy in the slightest and overall a great person to work with.
I would have no hesitations in using Liz for our next holiday and would follow her to whatever Flight Centre office she goes to.

They suggested I do some research on the flights I was looking at and they will then find a cheaper one - in the end they basically did the same google search I did and booked me on a flight I could have done myself over the web - didn't receive any sort of discount.
Constant interruptions and long waits.
Rather pushy sales people who called 3 days in a row when I expressed interest on a holiday.

Flight centre needs a lot of improvement, they have turned into a volume tun-over operator, not a service centre. They may be able to match prices but this is at a price. Even when making appointments they fail to keep these on time and the openess of their centres does not provide quality time with the consultant. They could do with an overhaul.
