After a 1:1 physio consultation I have begun reformer classes at 30 weeks. Enjoyable, professional and you get a work out. All classes are run by physiotherapists and claimable via your private insurance.

I went for pre-natal classes and I found the work out to be great. I suffered from pelvic instability and the classes really helped manage and improve the problem. I wouldn't have gotten through the pregnancy without these classes.

Great Pilates workout

I did my first pilates class and it was great. It exercised every muscle in my body.
The instructor was really nice and friendly. This class was a circuit type pilates, using a combinations of machines and floor mats, over a 1 hour period. They specialise in pre and post natal pilates.
