I was very disappointed by the service provided by this company. The owner was difficult to deal with and kept letting us know our small backyard reno was a low priority compared to his 'million dollar jobs'. He failed to consult with us properly when planning the job, and spent most of his time during our project off-site chasing up new quotes, then telling us he was too busy to keep his appointments with us.

Matt denied responsibility for any mistakes that took place (eg reducing our water pressure to a trickle), and we had to work hard to have these errors rectified, which was stressful. He ripped out plants that were supposed to remain in the garden and offered us a paltry amount to replace them. Any additions to the original plan were overpriced, and the work wasn't finished off to a good standard.

Overall, this was a very costly and unpleasant experience. We will look elsewhere when planning next year's front yard!
