My partner and I booked a holiday in Thailand for 2 weeks through escape travel we waited about an house to be served and finally booked our holiday which was quite cheap but in a lovely brand new hotel. Our flights were booked with a 6 hour wait in between flights! the week before we left we received an email explaining that the hotel was not ready and that we would have to stay in a different hotel. When we arrived at the hotel they had no record of us and did not speak any english, after a couple of hours of trying to communicate they gave in and gave us a key to sleep the night. In the morning we tried to find a way of contacting the travel agents but could not find any details except for our agents email address so we sent an email and received an out of office reply as he had gone on holidays himself for a couple of weeks. During the week we eventually figured it all out but were not happy!
