This company and MyDeal that uses this mob, are one of the worst I've ever dealt with! The product quality is terrible. I purchased a pole saw, which didn't work properly. After weeks of being given the runaround, they finally arranged for their own courier to pick it up from Sydney to deliver it back to Sydney? It's been 4 weeks since the pickup, with countless emails back and forth, and I still haven't received a refund or a resolution to my claim. I'm sure I'm not the only one facing this issue. It seems like they're intentionally delaying the process to make customers forget or give up. Their behavior is unethical. I demand my refund! I WANT MY REFUND

Very bad in delivery service. They lie about delivery reaching you on time but does not and goes past the delivery Frame.

I bought a product that is faulty. I've spent days with customer care trying to return the product and get the money back. I also have to shoot a video to prove it. I'm still trying to get my money back. They're totally unhelpful. The product features described in the product page are different from the real thing, but you'll find out only after buying the product and start dealing with customer "care". I will never buy anything else from them.

I purchased a 270kg capacity metal towable dump cart recently which collapsed under the weight of as little as 100kgs. The inferior unsealed bearing broke on one wheel which subsequently buckled the other wheel. In addition the paint peeled off the panels inside and out exposing raw unprimed rust covered panel steel. Despite a video and photos being submitted with a claim, their offer was for the replacement of one wheel or return it for inspection at my cost which equated to more than the purchase cost. Customer service was appalling. After numerous voicemails recorded and emails sent I received no further communication. Don’t go near Edisons as their warranties are worthless.

Customer service is appalling. Everyone else in the eCommerce world provides change-of-mind refunds, but not Edisons. Sure, they'll offer a credit note, but take a massive 20% for the privilege. Online purchases rely on the seller's description and photos, sometimes you just don't get what you thought, that's why refunds are so important. Shop elsewhere, don't waste your time with this lot.

Purchased a generator from them.

1) Generator manufacturer has cut corners everywhere. Only one trip switch, therefore you can not get the proposed rating.
2) Electricity is so unstable that even a coffee machine is unable to run properly
3) Digital reader has been tampered so it does not shows the real voltage fluctuations
4) They recommend a UPS to power sensitive equipment but when requested for one they tell me “We are not able to recommend an uninterruptible power supply as our technician has advised this is not compatible”

This people are out here to rip Australia off with cheapo Chinese nockoffs. I made the mistake their prices convinced me but what is the use of a cheap bit of kit which can be used for its purposes?

I would put my hands on the fire that any

I purchased a Welder, I wanted a MIG & TIG Welder. However the ad was misleading and I have ended up with wrong welder. I have emailed Edisons 3 times & Phoned their helpline.
I just wanted to exchange it for the correct model.
So far I have had no respose from them.
Very disappointing, they need to listen to their own ph msg. about giving good service, any service would be welcome.

Bought a bullit tool chest for $247 which I thought was reasonable for what they were advertising but when it turned up open the box and the first draw fell out the slides fell to pieces on further inspection looks like it was put together by 10 year olds spot welds there but not holding anything together and the draws weren’t wide enough for the unit among a list of other faults rubbish I would be happy to pay $50 they did refund $40 for the damage but for that price I replacement would have been more reasonable will not be back
