Very happy with the professional approach and skill of the physio I've been seeing for one-on-one and then two-on-one Pilates sessions. Equipment is in excellent condition. Care taken with safety during the sessions. Friendly, efficient reception staff. Feel generally very well looked after.

Approximate cost: $70 for 1-on-1 after initial consultation

After injuring my back dancing, I attended months of small 3-1 pilates classes. Initially I was assessed by a physio and had a one on one session to ensure I was doing everything correctly before I moved into the class. They had all the equipment you would want. Nice changerooms. Staff were very friendly and encouraging.
