Jo is very knowledgeable and was of great assistance to us in purchasing what we needed for our new puppy. She didn't push us into buying things that weren't needed. Great value for money.

This is a great shop in Williamstown. The staff were so helpful and the variety is huge. We visited on the weekend with our Lab who was more than welcomed inside the store. Will definitely be shopping here regularly.

We were searching for the right bed for our dog. The staff at Dog Town were so attentive and helpful. They took the time to help us choose the right bed and our dog loves it!
