Our designer was very professional and knowledgable, she was never pushy, always listened to our needs, even our requirement to integrate dog bowls and their food storage into our kitchen was designed nicely.
During renovation works, all staff at Direct Kitchens were easily contactable and we were kept well kept informed of the timeline. When an Issue arose, it was quickly directed to the current person in charge and issues were resolved within a short timeframe. All the tradesman made contact with us a day or two before they were due to start their works and cleaned up at the end of the day. Everyone was polite and professional. Following completion of the kitchen, a few issues were found however they were issued within the week. Overall, we are very satisfied with our kitchen and the works carried out by Direct Kitchens.

I`ve been putting my newly completed kitchen through it`s paces for the last few weeks and it`s great. I just wanted to thank everyone from DK who was involved with our job for their expertise and attention to detail. the work was completed according to schedule which was very much appreciated, as it needed to suit my 3 week window of time in September and be coordinated with a week long floor polishing job. All the tradesmen were great, competent,
polite, punctual and cleaned up carefully at the end of each day.

We have recently had a kitchen installed by your company. My husband and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism of everyone we dealt with. Our designer Alan came to our home, took the time to discuss our wants and needs, and somehow managed to get everything on our wish list within our budget. He made us feel very relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process, not once did we feel pressured or under any time restraints. All the trades who came into our home were wonderful, their attention to detail has made the final product something we are very proud of. The kitchen looks gorgeous, a far cry from our old one. It`s so functional and well made, I really enjoy being in the kitchen. I am even cooking more, which the family is enjoying. I am so pleased we went with your company. After visiting the Bayswater showroom we agreed to have a 'designer' visit our house and discuss what we were considering for our kitchen update. Julia was excellent and very thorough and walked us through a variety of options and gave us lots of helpful advice. She drew scale plans at that visit to show us what we could achieve - about a 2 hour evening visit. This was followed up with an appointment at the Moonee Ponds showroom so that we could see some of the particular finishes she had told us about. Our plans were then gone through in great detail and costed and negotiated with us to a final agreement. Today we have had the 'technical' visit by Gary who drew plans again and made sure the measurements were correct and these have now gone to the factory so that our kitchen can be started tomorrow! We have been so impressed with the professionalism of all concerned, their knowledge of their business and obvious enjoyment in their work. We have not felt rushed or pressured in any of the process which is important with such a large, expensive project. We are so looking forward to having our new kitchen installed in January 2014 (factory closes over Christmas/New Year otherwise it might have been in before Christmas) and seeing our dream come to fruition. We had a new kitchen installed by Direct Kitchens earlier this year. The whole process went very smoothly indeed and we are very happy with the result. My wife was impressed with the service in the showroom and our consulting designer was very knowledgeable and helpful. The old kitchen was removed in one day and the new kitchen installed the next day. All tradesmen arrived on time and were very pleasant to deal with. They worked well together and the quality of their work was excellent. The new kitchen has really complimented the other improvements that we have made to our 1960's style home and it now feels like a new house! I was initially a little surprised at the cost - we did not need to get any new major appliances - but after getting another quote and seeing all that is involved in the process, I now appreciate the costs involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Direct Kitchens to anyone.

We recently had a complete new kitchen installed by Direct Kitchens Bayswater. From start to finish the process was smooth and efficient. The showroom staff were most helpful as was the designer who was very knowledgeable and on the two evening visits to our home we were given ample time to discuss our preferences without being made to feel rushed. After the check measure the build time was four weeks. On the first day our old kitchen was completely removed and the tradesmen appeared just at the right time to do the installation preparation. Our new kitchen arrived the next morning and was completely installed with all appliances working the same day. The installer was extremely skilled and made it all look so easy. We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen and would have no hesitation in recommending Direct Kitchens Bayswater.

We were impressed by D.K.'s web page, and had a good look at the display in Bayswater. The design they created for us after extensive interviews looked amazing, so we signed up. They pulled out and disposed of our 1951-vintage kitchen in one day, and next day installed the new benches, cupboards, and appliances. Within a week the new windows and heater ducts were in. The young team worked so well, and were very pleasant to have around the house. We arranged for the painting and floor covering later, and are very pleased with the new look. After more than thirty years in the house, it has been quite demanding getting used the new appliances and storage spaces, but it works well, and our friends are very impressed!

We had a complete new kitchen put into a 36 year old house by Direct Kitchens, Bayswater.
From the very beginning when plans were drawn up and some great suggestions were made by their designer, demolition of old kitchen up to completion of the new kitchen by the builders, all involved from Direct Kitchens were wonderful. They always turned up promptly when they said, and if they were running late they would phone.
The builders would arrive at 7 am and worked very hard, never wasting time, double checking everything and with the least inconvenience to me.
Any delays were because I took time to decide on the granite, and the slump glass splashback.
I could not be happier with my kitchen. It has changed the look of the whole house, making it look bigger and more open.
