This was a stopover on our long journey. Found our stay very relaxing, very good and clean with shops nearby, hotel staff very helpful and friendly, will stay again.

I really have to compliment the staff here on their looking after me. I came down with food poisoning while on business and was holed up in the hotel for two days. They checked up on me and made sure I had every thing I needed. They really went out of their way. The room was lovely and contemporary, very classy and cosmopolitan. But most important...the bed was comfortable!

Would have to be the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Being disabled I found it handy to low tram stop and short distance to local shopping & entertainment. The disabled bathroom had easy access and suitable shower seat. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

We really loved the friendly staff and the fantastic service at the Cosmopolitan, who helped us on our wedding day in many ways, not the least by letting us use the glamourous restaurant decor when it was pouring with rain and hailing outside. The staff were a real life saver and looked after us so well.

I stayed here for my wedding night as it was really close to the reception place. I organised a port-a-cot for the room prior which wasn't there, my partner called up to get it. They just dropped it off and left him to put it up which I thought was a bit rude. At the time he had our daughter with him in our room and I was hanging out with my folks in their room on the other side of the complex. My folks room was lovely and quiet. The room my partner was in faced carlisle street and was very noisy. Overall it is ok, great location.
