We dined there on a CUDO voucher with a 3 course meal thrown in(entree, mains, dessert and a bottle of wine). The quality of food was head-and-shoulders above the average chinese restaurants in Perth. Its refined, full-flavoured in a delicate way and well presented. We had the fish with spring onion, steak cubes with wasabi mayo, and king prawn with broccoli. Delicious! The service is courteous and professional and the decor is classy black and gold. The location can be a bit of a challenge to find (next to Jacob's Ladder, and a few doors away from the Mounts Bay Hospital and it is located at the ground floor of an apartment block). Parking-wise, we managed to park next to the entrance, but failing which, we were told were could park for free at the Mounts Bay Hospital carpark in the evenings (unverified) or park and enter the restaurant, and the staff will be happy to valet it for you. What more can you ask for?
