Stayed here for one night after getting a great deal on wotif. It's an older hotel but they have great facilites and the room was clean. The only let down was that the shower had really low pressure. Loved the large rooftop spa which was definately a highlight. They also have a fantastic indoor heated pool which is located on a different floor to the spa. I really appreciated how friendly & helpful the staff were and I couldn't have faulted the service which was exceptional. Located close to Albert Park Lake and a short tram ride into the city. The parking is located in the laneway at the back of the building and appears to be free on weekends.

had my year12 valedictory here, the venue is pretty tiny given the amount of leavers we had, the food wasn't memorable but the service was fine

cost was a bit too pricey but location was nice (overlooking the golf course and lake)

Accommodation was a lot older and more run down than I had expected. The carpet was old, quite stained and dirty. Buffet breakfast at Niche Cafe was nice - we did have to wait about 10 minutes for a table on a Sunday morning though, and when we got one, it wasn't even that full/busy...? Staff were friendly, however after arriving early, we were told that we would call us when our room was ready to check in to but they didn't. Probably won't go back there again.

This was my preferred hotel on busines trips to Melbourne for about 3 years. The room and service was good, and you could get a decent meal anytime of the day or night. There are also some wonderful places nearby for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
