We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Melbourne trip. The customer service was excellent! The desk staff were very helpful and efficient. We had a standard twin room and it was more than sufficient to our needs. Comfortable beds (with the option of having our room made up each day), a television on the wall with numerous free movies playing, a nice shower and bathroom. Apart from the bathroom area being quite small, everything else was perfect. The staff even stowed our luggage safely after check out so we could wander baggage-free for a bit before we needed to fly out.
Perfect location, right across from the Spencer Street Station (+ outlet mall) and a short walk to Southbank and the free city-circle tourist tram.

I've just spent three nights at Batman's attending a conference and staying overnight. The rooms are quite small but very clean and they're wheelchair accessible. Not as up-to-date as a lot of other hotels in the area. Be warned that there is no internet access in the rooms but there is at the front desk. The restaurants were okay but we only had lunch there so can't comment on the dinner menu. It's not too bad

Stayed here for work. Great spacious apartment rooms with good kitchenette facilities. Rooms clean and service great. Excellent central location. Buffet breakfast good selection of foods - bit expensive though.

This is a excellent place to stay in Melbourne and perfectly located on Collins Street just across the road from Southern Cross Station . The rooms are very nice and prices are great for the location . Staff go out of the way to make sure your stay is enjoyable .
