High fees, expensive prices, lack of communication, doesn't respond to emails. Much better deals out there.
Active utilities wrongly disconnected the power in my apartment. At this moment, it has been 10hrs and after 7 phone calls, still no result. Its extremely unacceptable and inefficient! We're as occupants dont have no other choice of provider. Unbelievable! I'm totally freezing and getting a cold, and have to throw hundreds dollars worth of food in my fridge!

Active Utilities installed the NBN in the new apartment building we moved into. So far I must say the service has been impeccable - we were up and running on day 1 and even got a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was going well.
