Good customer service and they seem to know their products. Will go again when contract finish although there were at times that they were too busy so the waitiing time is quite long.

for those reside in big city, 3 should be the best choice. Connection in rural not as good as Telstra. But for city living, its cheap and excellent. Good customer care too.
