Waited 4 weeks for a nespresso machine to be delivered to us in Sydney. No one would return my calls or emails.

We have visited this place twice when our appliances have needed replacing, for us something is not right here, we don't find customer service is helpful, the appliances have defects, or can be seconds. We haven't bought anything, prices are cheap but you pay for what you get. Massive store and plenty of parking.

I got my washing machine ..didn't work more than a month.Called for maintenance ,never turn up...ultimately had to buy a new one.i reckon not to buy anything from this shop...

Bargain prices which can't be beaten. If you are after white goods or electrical appliances come here first before going to a regular retail outlet. Most items are brand new and have been heavily discounted due to carton damage, product clearance, factory seconds, ex-display models or minor defects such as a chip, dent or scratch. I have bought a top of the range dishwasher, exhaust fan and oven from here.

Found these guys 2 years ago and they are great, very cheap and very knowledgeable and helpful sales people. We bought a stove top first and then a huge fridge and saved hundreds of dollars.

My partner and I had just moved in together and needed to furnish a house together... we went to seconds world to see if they had any good deals and ended up getting an oven, rangehood, tv, microwave, juicer and a vacuum cleaner over a period of 2months. The staff there were knowledgeable and friendly and the best bit was that they took care of us at every visit making sure we stayed within our budget and making us some incredibly good deals. I would definitely recommend them!!

Went to buy a LCD TV. Had to wait a bit for service but the employee was helpful with brands. Was offered a fab price on floor stock so bought the TV which was in great condition.

2nds world is really worth looking at. They have amazing value with a large range of products and great customer service who are happy to answer any question
