Loved our apartment except the toilet was not flushing. On investigation the inlet tap was turned off. Later discovered this leaks as does the shower door. Suggest these are fixed. The restaurant breakfast was very generous. Access to the pool and the deck to watch the fireworks was exceptional!!!! Lovely staff.

These apartments are in the perfect location to Circular Quay & The Rocks. The light rail, train line and ferry terminal are all in super close proximity allowing access to the whole of the city and surrounding suburbs. The rooms are spacious, well set out and have very good amenities and finishes. The bedding, lounge seating and dining chairs are all comfortable and if you choose a harbour view room you can just stay in and watch the world go by.

I always enjoy staying at Sebel Quay West. It is proximity to the Rocks is great. The Apartments are well appointed. It would be great if the bar opened 7 days a week.

From the moment we walked in the door until we checked out two days later we were treated wonderfully well and felt very special. A friendly greeting from the Concierge helped us feel comfortable right from the start. We were warmly welcomed by reception staff at the front desk. We had advised that we would be arriving earlier than normal check-in and were able to leave our luggage in the care of the hotel while we went out for lunch. Not only that, but we were also asked if we would like to leave anything in the cool room. I was very pleased with that offer because we had bought some special cakes for a treat later in the day and I had thought that I would have to take them along with us to a cafe, so that made things much easier for us. When we returned our room was ready for us with our luggage already in place, our cakes were retrieved from the cool room for us to take up to our room. We entered our suite and were absolutely thrilled with the view from our windows and balconies - a panoramic delight from beyond the Sydney Harbour Bridge across Circular Quay to beyond the Sydney Opera House. Wow! It exceeded all expectations, only to be surpassed by the evening view with the city lights adding to the magic!
