BUILDING BUSINESS CAPABILITY AND PERFORMANCE

Pauline has been providing mentoring to me for the last couple of months. I was unsure what this would do to help me in my role initial as my idea of mentoring was different from what I now know is "coaching". Pauline has the ability to change your way of thinking in subtle ways and to make you "look in the mirror" before you say things not that I didn't do this before but it is now more refined. There is a lot of preparation work that I have had to do for each session (mainly because I don't have this time to set aside) but she has taught me to realise that I need to make this time for things to work. Pauline spends the time to understand your organisation before she takes you on and I have to say I am learning things that yes are important for me so I can perform my role. She pushes you to realise your potential.
