Q: What is your philosophy on customer care and what do you offer that other shops in your area don’t?
BEN: Trust to me is top of the list and going out of my way to help someone out.
People trust our judgement and recommendations. I also believe being a local keeps the trust and connection relevant.
Q: Biggest changes you have seen in the industry?
MILAN: Advances in technology, vehicles becoming more and more complex with all the new electrical systems. On the plus side in keeps the job interesting.
Q: What are your plans for the future and where do you see the shop in 10 years time
BEN: The industry changes so fast, who knows what cars will be developed. We're just going to stay on top of new tech and hope our customers grow with us.
