Hammer’s Gym is passionate about community development as we are involved with many local clubs/associations such as Super Dad’s Walk for Muscular Dystrophy, school anti-bullying campaigns and even hosting free self-defence training for paramedics.

FEEL SAFE IN OUR GYM
The safety of our members is our top priority; we have fully monitored 24/7 video surveillance for peace of mind when you enter the gym. We provide 24/7 emergency distress buttons on lanyards that you can keep on you whilst you’re training.
All our equipment is constantly checked for damage and faults to avoid hazards. We also take our hygiene very seriously and have an appointed cleaner to maintain the condition of the gym at all times.
MARTIAL ARTS
Founder Mark Hammer Castagnini has created a fully structured Muay Thai curriculum that others across the country now follow. Our martial arts and self defense systems are created in such a way that we guide you from your first ever class all the way throughout the program.
Muay Thai will help you to achieve your desired outcomes as well to help transform your mindset and self defense. Hammer’s also caters for BJJ, MMA, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing and of course Muay Thai, in association with WMC (World Muay Thai Council) and Muay Thai Systems International.
