To our valued patients, please be advised that Myhealth Coomera has now permanently closed due to the upcoming demolition of the building and has merged with Myhealth Foxwell Road clinic.

If you have an existing appointment in place, this will continue to remain in place, but will be at the new location. If you have any questions, please speak with our team members for assistance. We understand that for some patients, they may not be able to travel to this location, we are happy to accommodate telehealth where possible, however if you would like your medical records to be sent to your new treating GP at a different location, please sign a "medical record request form" at your new practice & the new practice can email this request to: coomera@myhealth.net.au so that your new treating GP can continue your care.
