Forget the rest, Tomato Brothers is the best. The pizza's available here are made by a wood fired oven and taste fantastic. I was invited for a family dinner here and to say that this is the best pizza is an understatement. I chose the New Orleans pizza and it was yummo. The staff are great and because I couldn't finish all my meal (we all had lots) they even packed it up in a doggie bag for me. If you haven't tried this place, you really should. It's gourmet pizza at it's best.
The dream way to find the services you dream of. Womo is a simple idea with unlimited benefit for everyone who is fortunate enough to have tried it. It's fun to research, the user experience of the website is great and it's backed up by like minded people - I enjoy it.
Montezumas takes first place for the greatest mexican I've had the joy of eating. The range of meals is first class and I really enjoy the enchiladas. The meals are served piping hot and are a delight. Starting off with some CC's and dips is nice but be careful how much you choose to eat as the main meals are big, I found this out first hand. Total cost for me was a bit on the expensive side, but you definitely get what you pay for and that is first class mexican.
Last year we had an issue with an overhanging tree limb trying to make it's way to the neighbours. We called Sean from Mr Chomp to take care of business. Sean provided an excellent service solving the issue. He was prompt and very good value.
Located at Wellington Point, this club has alot to offer. It's a cheap, family focussed enviroment which everyone can afford. The Staff are helpful and it's a pleasant enviroment to enjoy a lunch or dinner. It concerns me the amount of poker machines though. They also have entertainment you can enjoy such as singers and it's fun to sing along with. Definately would love to go again. I only went as a guest, but membership is quite cheap and I would recommend joining.
I think there would be very few people who wouldn't know the Victory. The famous saying between my friends was "Meet ya at the Vic". This place is a true brisbane icon and I hope it never goes. I was sad when it did suffer fire damage. There was something about the old Vic that makes you feel happy. I've had many functions I've gone to in the past and had such a great time. It's more modern than it use to be, but it will still be the good old Vic to me. The drink prices are great, it's a nice central venue to meet up with friends and has many areas so you can enjoy your night out in different areas of the hotel.
This Pub is beautiful, What a view of the city you have with this place. Going here for lunch was amazing, steaks are great and the beer flowing. I thought the prices were particularly good. Staff only too happy to serve you. I can only imagine what this place would look like at night..
The fish and chip meal I had was great, I enjoy it. What I didn't enjoy was the wait to be served. It said full table service. I didn't expect to sit for so long before I was served. The staff were friendly but they need to improve their serving times. I felt like I'd been forgotten. I would go again, but for the food only, not the poor waiting time to be served.
I first discovered the brilliance of the Shingle Inn after a friend bought me a cake. I was instantly impressed and bought a number of different cakes from the Brisbane store in QLD. It was a bit of a journey for a cake though, then I discovered the Mt Gravatt Shingle Inn. I like going there for a casual cake and coffee. I love the choices of cakes, patty cakes and special treats. Enjoying them with a friend is even more special.
Great burgers, including the hottest burger (I dare not try this) the chips/wedges are huge. The staff are friendly and they had my order ready quickly. Perhaps a bit too expensive, but the food was really tasty.
