I 've thought hard about giving this negative review but as I'm so disappointed with Bonita Day Spa.. I thought it was only right I let future prospective clients and those wanting to gift a treatment know what really is offer here!! I was given a $200 gift voucher for my 40th bday and booked in for the 2hr treatment. I arrive earlier to my 9am appointment to fill out my details but had to wait for another 20 minutes before being told "you can come in here". This was my greeting,not at all professional or welcoming. I was then told to change but not given the right undergarments and again had to wait for the infa red sauna to heat up.. I ask the the young girl/therapist to explain what the machine will exactly do and her reply is "Its a sauna,it heats up" and I'm left for 25min uncomfortable..If this isn't bad enough it gets worse..much worse..The massage for 45min is cut short.The therapist wore gloves that rippled and pulled between the therapists hands and my skin.It felt like she was just rubbing on moisturiser,This in no way was a massage by any standard and though the facial was given by another therapist it again wasn't anything to rave about, it was however the saving grace of the so called"Eternity" treatment.This Spa is so over priced for value and service.The young girl giving the massage treatments needs to go back to studying how to massage..feeling so ripe off and guttered this was a gift and someone close to me paid that amount off money!
