It's expensive because of where you are and the massive rents they pay is relevant to location. We had New Years here. Our waiter was good, service was satisfactory. They were packed out of course. Food was good enough, for the night and occasion, I have had better but I went for the view. I had garlic prawns, very nice, also barra fillets and chips. Fish was good enough but chips were woeful, soggy and burnt and not what I would expect for the price, regardless of location lol. Then I had orange creeps which I can't vote for really as I left it to watch the awesum fireworks and by the time I ate it was sloppy mess! Although the location is awesome I do agree with others that it could be better. Places like the meat and wine co are just as expensive but way up the scale for quality, even side dishes like chips are thought of and are spectacular. Things like garlic bread are tasters of what is to come and their bread was very bistro average at best. Too thick and no thought gone into it. I give it four points for the fireworks experience on its own but an average for the rest.

Approximate cost: $30 to 40

Well the Vietnamese soup didn't last but it is still a great take away. Their chips are the best and they also make great burgers and fresh potato chips. It is the cheapest out of all four take aways without a doubt!!!

Service is great, sushi is cheap and tasty, it's a great find! They do great soups, pho is nice, wonton soup, but the sushi is outstanding. Always busy and you can get take away soup ect. I reckon it's the best sushi in the area.

Been here a few times with my aunty and it never fails. Great food and location, excellent service and a large menu. They don't deliver but take away is quick. The pork fillet with five spice is awesome and also Mongolian lamb! Not sloppy gluggy just fresh and tasty!

I give it 5 stars for value as it is worth every cent for the quality of food service and atmosphere. Spiro is lovely as are the staff. Great view, lovely inside and beautiful fresh seafood! My nan used to love the scampi and when she passed away spiro gave us some scampi to go with her ashes when we scattered them, sounds wierd but nan would of loved it! Can't fault it here.

Yep it's pretty good here but so are a lot of places so it gets hard at times. Very clean, good service and nice selections if your into mayo! Too much mayo sushi for me though I know it's popular and Aussies love it lol! I like a bit more traditional before it got so popular but hey the business is doing well and that's a big driving point! I still go though and it's not a harsh complaint just my mere observations!

Excellent service and advice. Bit more expensive than I'm used to but they were very thorough and thoughtful. I'll be happy to go back and was very happy with cleanliness service and location. My dog is 15 years old and I thought she'd had a fit, just choked on food though!

Great lunch deals here also brekkie and dinner! Most lunches are 12 to 15 dollars and it is better than most places. As I've said before getting a bit over the menu but their is a good variety here. Brekkie is great but haven't done dinner for a while! It is really busy so sometimes we book for lunch. Very nice inside sometimes the owner gets really stressed out and it's obvious but hey I don't care it's a great spot!
