At Marion, this is the superior pet shop. Compared to Marion Pet Store, you get staff who smile, who are friendly and who actually care about the animals and customers. There seems to be a good turn over of pets and the variety is great. They also allow you to hold and interact with the animals

I was absolutely disgusted with the service in this place. My kids and I are currently looking for a puppy & decided to have a look here. Firstly we were ignored when we came in. There were so many signs around telling us to no touch, to be quiet, to not handle anything. My kids are really well behaved and my daughter asked politely if we could pat and hold one of the puppies. Ignoring my daughter, the rude sales lady asked me if I was going to buy the dog. When I said no, we are just looking around, she informed me I couldn't touch unless I intended to buy. I would go to Pets Paradise, as they smile and let you interact with your possible future pet.

A good family place if you want a large selection and laid back venue. It's all you can eat, however I would rather eat else where
