The receptionists are the grumpiest ladies. There seems to be a high turnover of staff there in any case. If you need to see a Doctor - 9 times out of 10 be prepared to wait AT LEAST 1.5-2 hours.

Girls are always friendly. The girls are very experienced and you never come out of there hating your hair - they do a really good job. It's modern and trendy.

The staff there are the most friendly people you will ever come across. The food is always fresh. The food is the best takeaway I've ever had. The prices are good....can't beat it!

Went there for lunch for mum and husband - can sit outside overlooking the water or inside - the doors are all glass so you have waterviews basically from anywhere you sit. Food was really good, price was not too bad, casual relaxed atmosphere.....

Great place to go get fresh seafood and take it home. I hate eating there, too many people, it stinks and its filthy. The best place for value is De Costis. Very hectic when you are there.

They have almost anything you need for your home/garden and some random stuff. The only thing is its hard to find a customer service person and cause the place is so huge you can spend ages just trying to find someone. Also, they aren't all that cluey on what they are selling - we got shafted a few times because people didn't know the answer - bit frustrating.

Phoned up chasing prices for a Dyson on interest free terms, got a man who took $100 off the price even though I was paying interest free and went down straight after work and picked it up from the warehouse....no dramas at all and would use again!

Huge range no matter what you are looking for. Some renovations are taking place at the moment in the fragrance/makeup level. Service is really disappointing as usual for Myer. Not enough staff to help/cope with the number of people. The fitting rooms are a nightmare....clothes everywhere, always have to wait for aaaaages to get to try clothes on. Value is what you would expect although good when the sales are on.

I have bought 2 items online from JB Hi Fi. The first was Jack Johnson's CD and it took longer than expected to get to me and when it got to me, it was snapped in the post. I had to return it and wait again for the CD to be sent out. Next I bought a DVD, this came with the inside circle that clicks the DVD in to hold it snapped. The DVD was flitting around in the case - so again broken and it took so long to receive. Also, I looked online for a CD then had time to run up in my lunch break and the CD was actually $10 more online than in the store....Wouldn't use the online store again.

Ebay is ok. I have been scammed out of $580.00 through ebay though. The lady contacted me through the "contact member" part and managed to scam about 4-5 of us. The quality isn't always that great and often when you add the postage charges to what you are buying it turns out to be more expensive. I don't use ebay as much anymore.
