I love their products. I'm not a skincare sort of person and have never bought myself products in my life. But my sister gave me a gift of their coconut and honey moisturiser, and I am a convert for life. Really helps with dry, cracked skin and it's not oily.

Their website is excellent to use and their orders arrive quickly. And if you're ever in Tasmania, they have a lovely store at the Salamanca Markets.

These guys were my local vets for years. While they're generally good, and I still go there when I need emergency after-hours care for my dog, I find it really frustrating that you never see the same vet twice. When you're treating a serial problem, that means I'm given different advice every time. (Surgery recommended by one vet, not recommended by another vet, etc.)

I was really disappointed with them when my dog had a chronic ongoing skin allergy problem. He was suffering badly and scratching himself raw. This went on for months and many vet visits, and we were just about to give up and go from oral cortizone treatments (really not ideal) to injected cortizone (worse, and expensive), when my not-a-vet aunt suggested I check my garden for a plant called wandering dew.

Well. Yes, I had wandering dew, and googling it revealed vet practice after vet practice warning about dog skin allergies to it. Not one of the many different vets at Boronia who treated my dog had asked me about plants in my yard. I pulled the things out and his poor sore skin finally had a chance to heal. I was so cross with them for putting my dog through months of suffering when a simple question about common causes could have solved the problem right off. Not to mention the expense!

However, they've taken good care of us at other times.

I find the service at this Petstock to be a bit hit and miss - they are often understaffed. The staff they do have on are good about acknowledging that you are waiting, but I often have trouble finding someone to help me.

(The needing someone to help would be less of an issue if they didn't move their dog food brands around all the time - the product I want is rarely in the same place twice.)

These guys are great. I am a regular customer and they never disappoint. Sometimes I call ahead with my order and they always have it ready in 10 mins.

Good price, great food, and friendly service. They're my favourite noodle bar even if they're not always the closest.

I love going to Kofi Bean. I love the atmosphere and decor, and sitting out in the back courtyard on a nice day.

The service can be hit and miss, but the food is wonderful. Can be pricey but this is a "for a treat" cafe for me, so I don't mind.

Luke and his team have been looking after my aging car for a few years now, and they've been great. They go out of their way to be helpful and they provide good advice for looking after my car between services.

When I've had urgent repairs they've completed them in the same day, and Luke goes out of his way to source second hand parts when it's appropriate to save me some money.

They're very good about calling you to discuss what they've found, before they start on any repairs that could run the bill up. And, they leave my car clean and not smelling of mechanic!

Luke has also had me drive him around the block so I could point out a persistent "noise". He fixed it!

I found Pete at Sage Lending through other's reviews online, and I'm so glad I did. He has been the most patient, friendly, knowledgable and helpful broker.

In the two years between our first approaching Pete to look at options and preapproval, and us finally managing to buy our place, he has been consistently great to deal with. He got us preapproval when we had very little in the way of a deposit saved, and had excellent suggestions for how we could do what we wanted to do.

Two years on we were in a much better position to buy, and he found us a good deal with the same friendliness and helpfullness.

When the bank sent forms with the wrong names, and then lost our documents three days before settlement, he handled it all. The whole process would have been so much more stressful without him.

I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

The staff here are usually wonderful. They take a genuine interest in our dog and always remember his name if they see him going by their door on a walk.

Mostly, their consultations are thorough, kind and caring to animal and human. They've been great when we've had emergencies and are excellent about giving phone advice when needed. I've had one instance of a rude and condescending vet here, and I will avoid that in the future by making sure to book in to see Ivan, who is wonderful.

It's just wonderful to be able to call them up and talk to your dog's regular vet, and get some advice when I have one of those "my dog ate this, what do I do?" emergencies.

One thing I will say is that if you need to buy wound dressings for a dog, go to a horse supply store like Horseland rather than using the vet supplies. They are a quarter of the price and I do not exaggerate.

This review is for All Home Inspection Service, Boronia VIC

Dieter was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been very impressed with his service.

I wanted the house I was considering purchasing inspected, and I called Dieter. He was also able to arrange for a pest inspection at the same time.

Dieter and John came on time, and spent four hours inspecting the house. They were incredibly thorough, and found at least one major issue that I was able to have the seller rectify before the purchase.

The reports they both gave me are very comprehensive, including basic quotes for what it might cost to fix each issue found, what maintenace needed doing, and tips for looking after the house in the future.

They were both happy to answers any questions I had during and inspection and after the report. Dieter also recommended, on request, a number of tradespeople to complete some of the work. I've had one of them out so far, and have been pleased with their work as well.

For the level of service Deiter gives, his inspection is incredibly cheap. He saved us hundreds on a costly repair that we would not even have noticed until the ceiling fell in on us!

This review is for Rapid Locksmiths, Blackburn North VIC

verified email - 11 Aug 2012

I called Rapid Locksmiths at 9 on a Saturday morning, having just discovered that my front door lock had shifted out of alignment after some work I'd had done the previous day. The lock was no longer engaging, so I didn't want to leave the house until I knew I could lock up securely.

Daniel came out that morning, and I was so impressed with him. He came on time, explained all of my options, checked the rest of the locks in the house, quoted everything up, and then completed the work effeciently, tidily and well. He was professional and friendly, and a pleasure to have in the house.

He refit the strike plates on my front and back doors so the locks aligned, rekeyed the two locks, and cut new keys and spares.

I'm a youngish woman, and sometimes worry about being alone in the house with tradespeople. I felt totally safe while Daniel was here.

Daniel's pricing was clear and unambiguos and very fair. I was very impressed with him and his work and would recommend him to friends.
