It's very very expensive but very fashionable. Some items seem over priced. However, if you are looking for elegant and unique this is a great store. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

I'm really into massage being a relaxing experience so this was not the place for me. The ambiance of the massage place lacked in relaxation as it felt more like a hospital due to the sterility. There was no relaxing music or relaxing items to feel centered or relaxed. Instead, on the walls were framed embroideries that were for sale at a somewhat exuberant price. However, the massage prices were normal but the staff seemed unsure what each of the treatments entailed and were asking each other about it which made me feel uneasy about the quality of the massage and made it feel like the remedial side of the massage was lacking due to perhaps some inexperience?

I understand that the business is primarily intended for teaching beauty skills to their students. Yet, I still believe that ambiance and quality of service can be upheld despite the nature of the business. One of the first things you walk into is a room full of school desks and whiteboard whilst the therapy rooms are located in the back separated by what looks like hospital beds and curtains. The staff were polite, however they seemed indifferent. The products they were using were also in home brand containers which makes me wonder about the quality of the products. The 30 minuted facial also was cut short by at least 5 minutes. Even with the discounted price, I don't think the experience was worth it.

The staff are very friendly and very trustworthy and makes me feel confident to leave my lovely cats in their care. The facilities are clean but I do wonder how warm it would be in the wintertime as the kennels seem somewhat exposed to the elements(however, they do have heating pads which is good).

What a fantastic place to encourage the curious minds. It is a great place to get fantastic games as well as presents for the hard to buy. They offer pretty competitive prices and have sales occasionally which is great. The service is sometimes really good depending on the staff present but then at other times, other staff members are not very knowledgeable and can be indifferent to customers.

Each time I have been in the store I have had no one greet me which I find very disappointing and off putting. However, the food quality is amazing and unique. The kitchen appliances are also unique but there are hardly ever any sales and I find the prices to be very overwhelming.
