The dining experience was average. nothing fancy at this little vietnames joint. they bring you flask of tea and when your meals arrive they provide you with the cutlery and mints or sauce to go with your meal.

the wait for the drink was a little while as it was busy saturday. The customer service was okay nothing fancy. The little drink place has seats and you can sit down while watiitng for your drink. Chinese music is played in the background

i have to comment on the customer service i was given on Sunday 6 September. the male waiter was extremely frienldy and when he knocked our table he says sorry. very excellent manners. SInce it was fathers day we had to wait about 15 minutes for a table. There was one Yum cha dish taht was cold so i told the same waiter its cold and he replaced the dish for us.

The customer service is okay, nothing flash. the girls are very fast to bring you flask of chinese tea and menus. it was not as busy on the week day.. i find on the week end there is a little wait but usually you do not have to wait long for a table. there is cutlery on the table and you help yourself. A box of tissues is also on the table too.

Delicious malaysian food with great value for money price tag. The staff are very imformative about the food and the food arrived fast. i am very satifised with this restaurant and will return again.

i was very happy with the customer service i recieved. i was asking about the Breastfeeding blanket and was greeted by a lovely young man who went to find the information for me quickly. He advised he did not have the one i wanted and he only had a generic brand. i thanked him and said it was okay.

i went to get the porteguese burger and the girl was very friendly at the counter. I am currently pregnant and asked her whether the burger had mayo with egg yolk inside. she was very happy to check and advised me there was egg yolk in the mayo. When i sat down to eat i also choked on the chicken (too much chilli) and she was very happy to offer me class of water. This is what i call excellent customer service.

great customer service and cost of clothing is very affordable for the young and mums to be like me. The assistants are friendly and always ready to be on hand to help customers. Staff are very helpful and always are willing to assist with clothing sizes and offer you fashion advice
