This place has changed a lot since the last time I was there, it is a very popular and trendy little cafe selling muffins, sandwiches, burgers and more. They sell sourdough bread by the loaf which they bake and it's really amazing. The coffee is great, and served in eco-cups too.
We stayed at a nearby holiday park and got coffee from here a few times and it was really good. The staff were efficient and amiable and the atmosphere of the cafe is vibrant and young.
I love the ambience of the restaurant and the food that we had was all very nice (3 cheese pizza, scallopini al funghi and a prawn pasta dish) There is definately a lot on the menu that I'd like to go back and try. The only negative was that the pizza was meant to be an entree but they bought it all out at the same time. And the staff in general were fine, but the hostess was more than a little intense!
This is just a small takeaway with a few tables but the food is delicious! The staff were very friendly too. We were a group on 2 adults and 1 small child and we shared a spicy italian pizza and a carbonara pasta and it was just divine - and so well priced. To top it off we had a gelato, the strawberry gelato was heavenly!
Nice ambience and friendly staff. It's on the expensive side, but we used and Entertainment Book 'buy one main get one free' voucher, so it came out very reasonable. The Bruschetta was lovely, the steak in the reef and beef was nice too. We shared a dessert and probably could have done one each as it was quite small.
I love the atmosphere and decor of this place, it's just divine! The food was yummy and reasonable in price. The service was a little slow considering we were one of only two tables early in the evening. But I'd go again for sure.
Unbeatable location right on the waterfront, looking down over the beach and rocks. We went for breakfast twice and it seems a popular spot. The food was good, the breakfast (bacon and egg) came with a slice of watermelon and orange which isn't something you get often. Very nice.
The kids play pit out the back was a big hit with my daughter and the setting is lovely to sit and have a coffee. But they don't do table service out the back, you have to go in and get your own coffee, it would be better if they came out so you didn't have to drag the kids inside, but other than that. Great!
There should be more places like this around. Good whole foods that taste great. It's vegetarian too. The sossy's with peanut sauce are delicous (vegetarian sausage roll) and very filling. The coffee is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only down side is that it can be quite expensive, but good healthy food always is, and it's worth the extra.
Great little cafe serving good coffee and with a focus on organic. They use eco smart coffee cups too. They have a 'meat free' Monday during which you can still buy tuna etc sandwiches.
