I reviewed Aroma's cafe a while back and was disappointed to be given plates with chips in them. I went back last week and again was given a plate with quite a large and noticeable chip in it. I took more photos to prove my claims if contested. Very disappointing indeed

Went to this restaurant for dinner one night with the kids and was so impressed went back there two nights later. The food was really good and we sat outside on the balcony where we could see the passers by as well as the beach. We took our own wine and the price was only $70 for 5 of us. We had tons of food. Incredible value.

Authentic Indian food. Husband and wife owners that really look after their customers. Their daughter sometimes serves too and she makes sure you enjoy yourself from the moment you walk in. The food is delicious and the ambiance delightful. Very enjoyable experience. Indian isn't cheap but this is better value than a lot of others.

I have been a few times to see if this place improves but I am sadly disappointed each time. This used to be known as Fuchsias. Only the name changed the owners are the same. While my main meal was quite nice, my daughter ordered chicken nuggets which were a disgusting paste like substance and not chicken breast as one would expect. My friends steak was overcooked. I won't be giving them any more tries.

Had a really fun night at this place. I didn't think I would like Egyptian food but it was delightful. Many courses came out with dips and breads and meats on skewers. I enjoyed it all. The belly dancer got several people up to dance with her including me! There was also a fortune teller there that was pretty spot on. I know they accept BYO, not sure if it is licensed or not also.

Quite a large restaurant. I think perhaps it is two dwellings opened up to be one. Despite the large area, it gets filled up, even mid week. The food is wonderful and the place is really laid back. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes really large. My friend had 3 entrees at $12 each and couldn't eat another thing. They looked like main size portions to me! BYO plus a bar as well.

From the outside my first impression was that this was someone's house, which it obviously was at one time, but it has been renovated into an inviting warm and friendly environment. The food is superb. I had never tried potato and leek soup before and it was divine. The fish I had was exquisite and dessert was just as mouth watering. The price was the nicest part! So reasonably priced. I'll be back again for sure. Really worth the visit.

Excellent food, really nice ambience. Love the open plan feel of the whole place right out onto the footpath if you like. Service is with a smile too. BYO The place is packed on weekends. Open for lunch too which is really nice to enjoy outside on a sunny day.

I have been to this place three times and wasn't impressed on any visit. On one visit none of the cutlery on the table matched any other piece on the table. The glasses were all different. It looked like they came from a garage sale. The food was horrible. I had mussels which were so tough I couldn't eat them, half of them were not opened anyway, plus they were too salty. the 3 visits were several years apart each, but nothing improved over time. Wouldn't recommend this even to my mother-in-law.

What a lovely place to have a coffee, late breakfast or lunch. This restaurant opens from about 9am I think till late afternoon but is not open for dinner. One can eat inside or outside and enjoy the serene view of the lush gardens outside or many fantastic artworks inside. The food is very nice but sometimes due to being very busy one might have to wait a little longer. The gallery itself houses regularly changing art works, which is nice to stroll around and admire while walking off the lunch. The gardens make for an enjoyable walk also. Not too expensive but certainly not budget.
