I just arrived in Australia and needed a few things for my personal use. Since this was the nearest chemist where I live, I was brought there by my friend. Was I pleasantly surprised when one of the chemist staff greeted my friend by her first name! I thought maybe they were friendly to her because she was a regular customer, but still for them to give personalized service makes one feel important and assured of quality service. I found that out quickly when one of the staff assisted me in choosing the right reading glasses. She was not only patient with me as I tried several reading glasses, she was very helpful and enthusiastic in giving suggestions and feedback as to which looked best for me. Upon paying at the counter, i was pleased to learn that they gave me a discount on my purchase. The staff made me feel at ease and eager to come back again to shop there. The Chemist is well stocked and the staff are all too willing to assist you with your needs. I give my 2 Thumbs up!
