After the cinema we were hungry and we were looking for a place to dine. We saw the selection of the food and the price. Overall they provided great food with great portion and wonderfull customer service. Reseonable prices.

they offer restaurant service as well. With coworkers we decided to visit the restaurant during our lunch brake. The service was great but prices were very hight with the poor tastee food quality and portion of the food. We did mention to the owner that the portions are very small for what they chatge and the food selection isnt that gread. The bistro however proviodes great food selection

Late eveing about 5.30 pm i needed an hair cut on saturday i passed through and asked them if they can do antyhign with my hair wuthin 30min as i am running late. They took me in even though they were busy. They washed my hair and blow dryed with low cost

Very unprofessional place they get a lot of trainees and still charge full prices. On NYE i had my hair cut and they actually dammaged my hair and aslo the cut was very horrible. The customer service was good thought

Needed a quick solicitors advise and went through yellow pages called up few other places and all of the solicitors apperently were very busy and coudnt take my call. Then i contacted James papas mentioned thats this is very URGENT and i need advise the secretary put me through straight away and solicitor gave me an advise without any charges

Emergency came that i had to send money overseas on saturday, and we were thinking how we could do it, i called up Western Union to see whether any places are open in Parramatta on saturdays and Cash Stop was. They provided very promt service with a great customer service.

Purchased a great quality and fresh food, still keep purchasing nothing worng found with the food quality yet, but i do believe it can be a little Pricy for some people, if they could put the prices a little down they might be able to get more customers. Wonderful Coffee

Consulted with a Loan, offered me few options i made a choice which is not very good now as the interest rates keep rising and he can not do anything about it, offered me to sing for 3years contract i said no thank you.

Baught a jacket they didnt have my size, they ordered from other store and told me to comeback in two weeks. I came back they had no record of the order. They reordered again and they told me they will call me back. P.S> i had already paid full amount. They didnt called me back. I called them back in two weeks again and they actually appologised that the other shop no longer has my size and that they have one size bigger and they willing to sell it to me 30% disscount so i can take it to alterations. I said no thank you very much, it is very dissapointing as you keep me running back to you. So very poor customer service.
Such a shame as a shop like that should take care of their customers especially the VIP ones.
