Basic rooms at an ok price.The motel is a bit tired feeling,but is clean.Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities,free wifi and Foxtel.Extremely close to town,literally a 5min walk to Mackay city heart.

Fantastic business out at Rural View so nice and quiet,they do lots of cosmetic procedures for both men and women from facials,microdermabrasion,pedicure and manicures and also do skin cancer treatments.The staff are very discreet,professional and friendly.

This is a privately run business from home and they also go to the local markets.i but chicken and rice curry and also lamb and rice curry here and I have never tried a tastier curry in Mackay!its a Fijian Indo curry,so not creamy or coconut milk based,just lots of flavour and taste.one serve with rice at only $10 is enough for an adult.amazing value,fantastic food and wonderful owners!

Went here last week and the best rib fillet burger with the works I’ve had in my life!!!i went to the Ooralea shop last week but this one is even better!The rib fillet was so soft,the burger came with everything-bacon,salad,pineapple all for only $12!!cant recommend it enough!

Just got my daughters new glasses from here under the government health scheme.They had a great selection and affordable.The optometrist my daughter saw was the nicest,most patient kind man,it really helped with my daughter as she has behavioural problems.

Stayed at this stunning luxury resort last weekend and it was so worth the money!the rooms are very upmarket,lots of tech stuff in the room and the mini bar is quite varied.Designer toiletries is a nice touch too.

I always get good food from here,the seafood rice is great-I pay an extra $1 and get a fried egg on top,it’s delicious.The chicken and corn soup is divine,almost sweet but it’s delciious.Sushi is not the best here,you can get it fresher elsewhere though.
