The team is very proficient in responding to initial quote and installing. Apart from friendly and approachable service, they are technically well equipped and given me sufficient advice. I'm most impressed by their after-sales service after hearing so much on tradesmen having lousy response after getting your money. The team not only respond promptly to calls and events, they even went the extra mile to install other items that are not part of the original contract as I have a real need of those items. I've been in Australia for close to 7 yrs and they are certainly one of the most impressionable tradesmen around :-)

I came on the 17 March (Sun) for a massage. I took off my pearl ear rings and left it on the table beside my treatment bed which I totally forgot about it until I left the place 30mins later. I called in immediately and it went to a voicemail. One of the girls called me back on the next day to indicate the person who did my massage is not working on weekdays; only on weekends and will revert. She didn't manage to see any ear rings. It has been more than three weeks and I've not heard anything from the company. I believe there is an integrity issue if customers can't safely leave their things in the location while engaging in a service.

My experience with one of the car agents, Roman, was excellent. He remembered my request and gave me the best price when I bought a new car. Also, he listened and put through my requests despite I've signed the contract and obtained my new car. Most agents, in my opinion, would not bother to followup. He even looked after my interest and had a "scolding" from his management team; that's called customer focus!

My impression with this cafe is not very good. Firstly, we found ourselves seats and waited more than 10 mins for someone to serve us. When the waitress finally arrived, she said the section is closed and we have to relocate. We should have been informed earlier. She directed us to a small table with 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. She didn't bother to clean the table which is full of sugar and walked off. In addition, we were informed the kitchen is closed. We then bought a pack of japanese sushi since the kitchen is closed, but were informed we are not allowed outside food despite us ordering few coffees. To make matter worst, another waitress remove our tap water which has 20% left without brining a new bottle or tell us where to get them. The service is horrendous if I'm paying premium for a coffee place.

A very packed restaurant with narrow seating capacity. Not suitable for big crowd and customers with prams. Huge variety of food. The price is very reasonable and waiting time is reasonable. Food is tasty but very frequently we felt very thirsty of the meal - a tell-tail-sign of MSG.

Sufficient space for big crowd. The ambience is casual with light background music that doesn't sink the conversations. Food price is reasonable with further 25% discount from the Entertainment book. The portion is sufficiently big and waiting time for the food to be served is reasonably fast.

Had ordered online for close to $160 of Thai food. Some of the food are quite tasty like Thai fish cake, spring role and curry. However, Tom Yam soup and Pad Thai were disappointing. The Tom Yam soup was lacking the authenticity of spiciness and lemongrass and pad thai noodles were lump together iike a cake. Also, since it is delivered to our place, the carrier was not too stable resulting in a fair bit of spill over the containers.

I've been here twice for tim sum. Great siting capacity and the food is quite tasty. The food comes very quickly unlike some other tim sum restaurants. More impressionable is the price is the most reasonable among all those tim sum restaurants I've been.

The food is quite tasty. Not much crowd and ambience is pretty good even close to lunch time. Price is slightly dearer compared to others along Clayton road.

My family had engaged Century 21 Glen Waverley to sell our house. The agents who were servicing me appeared very professional and were hardworking. I went with them because one is a "certified valuer" which I thought is of great value to provide unbiased advice. Unfortunately, I found out there was no integrity in them, predominately the certified valuer handling my case. Firstly, I was requested a property inspection report I did few years ago. The buyer of my house then requested the same inspector company to perform another inspection upon his purchase. However, the agent provided to the buyer his related-inspector (a company he knows) and told the buyer that that was the inspector used by me. Worse of all, this inspector, SPI Property Inspections, didn't even go under the floorboard to perform a pest and structural inspection (my wife was at home and we had cleared the wardrobe access underground for the inspector but she noted that he did not inspect underground) and he charged the buyer more than $600 for it. The new owner and I found this out when we chatted. Secondly, the agent advised me to lie to other agents and using various tactics while I was shopping for our next house. I did not heed his advice. This really made me wonder what sort of integrity he had and probably fabricated "stories" of interest before the sale. Lastly, the originally agreed sales commission was 2%+GST but on the contract date, the agents and Director agreed to revise to 1.8%+GST after knowing I could get that rate elsewhere from a contact and using it to tempt me to sign on the spot. My wife was sitting next to me and she was the witness. Upon settlement of the property (29 Oct 12), the agent and Director BOTH denied of such a promise. They indicated they couldn't find it on record which myself and my wife clearly heard and I saw him wrote down but now he couldn't locate the record and recall such event. He then went on to say that he can meet halfway at 1.9%. I cannot believe how unscrupulous his actions were, I paid him the full 2% +GST amount and told him I will reveal my experience with them online to warn the community. I didn't realize property agents nowadays have to resort to such low means to earn a living! What a shame! What is the value of a certified property valuer without integrity and trustworthiness? Home owners and buyers beware!
