I love their service, the bread that you are able to provide and overall a good experience. I do not visit here often (as I am not always in the area) but when I can visit I always love to buy one of their freshly baked product! Just wonderful.

I have found the staff here to be discourteous and unhelpful at times. There have been more than one times where I have seen this and it has been very upsetting. On the upside, you are sometimes able to find a bargain!

Chemist Warehouse are great! They provide value for money and are always willing to assist. I find that you sometimes are able to find the impossible (that is natural products that are difficult to find!)

I have stopped going here as often as I used to. I rarely visit this store these days. I found their prices steep and their staff unfriendly at times. I just do not think you get value for money.

Although you sometimes find that you have to wait in line forever, I have found that the people here are wonderful to deal with. They are friendly, understanding and provide a great service.

Recently I have found that Target in Pakenham has provided a very poor service! Often you come across people who work there that treat you rudely etc. Sometimes you are lucky to find someone who listens to your concerns. definitely not my first choice!

In recent times Petstock has become more expensive and not as good as it once was. Where I used to be able to buy the pet food required, I have started to find that the pet food I buy is not always there or that they run out pretty quickly.

These guys sell a range of health products and skin care products that are fantastic. They sell a goat milk soap that is just wonderful and healing for the skin. They are always friendly and ready to assist.

It has been mostly great. They sell wonderful products and provide a great service mostly. If you have a concern or complaint they show you courteousy and deal with you accordingly trying all their best to help
