I know this is a huge call but I think this could possibly be the best restaurant in the area. Food was to die for, and the service was quite good, but I'm very picky on service. The girls will like this, the toilets were really clean and quite nice. Great night.

I always stop in here in Sydney, it's nothing spectacular but it's a good fun breakfast to have when on holidays. Their are so many pancakes and other things to choose from, would be a great place to take the kids, they would love it. Service is always poor.

Rooms are right next to the function room which sounds like a disco until the early hours of the morning, then the guests leaving the function chat in the hall for hours before returning to their rooms. No service, checked in early leaving our bags to be checked into the room, when we returned 4 hours later, they had still not checked us in even though we could have been checked in for hours, then when they finally did check us in we went to the room expecting our bags, they were not there, waited for 20mins, then called and they sent them up 5mins later. Spa bath did not work, towels looked as though they had been used as toilet paper with large brown marks on them left from the previous guests, sink tap not attached to the bench, I could go on for ages.

Had them in to clean my carpets but the guy just kept complaning and it wasn't even a big job. He did an ok job but I wouldn't use them again just because I couldn't be bothered listening to him again. Should be in a different job.

Had them around to clean my carpets in a rental house I was living in. The guy managed to get out some stains that we thought would never come out and was a really nice guy to deal with. The white carpet looked great after he left.

Was cleaning my house for a few years until I had a baby, mainly cleans display homes now and is just great, always did a great job and made my house smell terrific, not sure how she did it. Lovely girl very good to deal with.

Came to fix our fridge and ended up breaking it even more. Fridge has never been the same, were without a fridge for over a week because it took them so long to get the part in that they broke. The guy is now working for Jims, so I wouldn't use either.

Had a deck installed and the guy was great, really professional, came and gave a quote also bought along some timber samples so we could pick what we wanted. Did a great job and I think he under charged for the work as we were really happy and the other quotes we had were much higher.

We had a new kitchen supplied by this company and it was great. We used our own plumber but used their eletrician who was good and their tiler who I'm still not sure they had ever seen a tile before. Ended up having to have all the tiles replaced by someone we found as the job was so bad and by so bad I mean every person that saw it was shocked. They were uneven not matching in size chiped, you name it, just terrible.

Probably only still in business as they have no competition. Store is so messy, staff are unhelpful, probably because they are working so hard as they never seem to have enough. Always have to wait for ages to get service and almost always don't buy everything I want as there is no one to give assistance unless you have waited for 20mins then get the help then wait again for 20mins to pay. Have often gone in looked at the queue and left without buying anything then gone to a different store. They need more staff and a better layout in the store.
