I took my daughter who was 10 months at the time and 6 year old niece. We all really enjoyed our experience at Underwater world. My favourite part of the day was the seal show (6 year old also really enjoyed this). The layout is good and its easy to find your way around, cafe is avaliable if you want to buy lunch. I found the staff to all be really friendly and helpful, they were also great with the kids and very knowlegble. The fish were really well displayed and lots of variety. Very imformative if you want to learn more and several shows you can attend throughout the day. Great day out for all ages! The only negative is it is a bit expensive but good for a once of experience.

Approximate cost: $30

Max Brenner is my favourite cafe ever, love all the delicious chocolate products they offer!! The line is often quite long and its really busy but well worth the wait! I visit every time I am in Brisbane. I find the staff to be welcoming and friendly and the location is good as its easy to access. My favourite item on the menu is the babka and cant resisit it every time I go there :)

Approximate cost: $10

Hot Pipis is my favourite place in Mooloolaba to go for breakfast. I have been here several times and ordered the MCG - big breakfast. Overall the meal is great, large serve and I love the meatball for something different. Perfect location and great views of Mooloolaba beach.

Approximate cost: $25

I really enjoy dining at Raw energy. The menu has a good variety for very reasonable prices. I particularly like the range of juices. Would recommend Raw energy if you are looking for somewhere casual and relaxed to eat out.
