Just had lunch here and was pleasantly surprised. Its not the usual atmosphere of Warners Bay as it is tucked up a laneway, but is quiet, and a lovely breeze flows through.

Great variety of food, all day breakfasts and some yummy looking cakes and slices. Hubby had a salt and pepper squid wrap which looked yum and I had eggs Benedict which was delicious! Perfect quantities too.

Prices are very reasonable too. The staff were friendly and the food came out quick. Worth a visit if in the area.

Love Ben & Jerrys ice cream and coming from Newcastle, have never seen it in a shop like this before. We had to get some! Their prices are a bit expensive, but so are the tubs you buy in the shops. Great range of flavours and cone choices and sundae choices - was such a hard decision. Free taste testing really helps!

The staff member that served us wasn't very cheerful or polite which was a bit of a bummer, but oh well, the ice cream was delicious!

Have heard nothing but great reviews for here so we decided to try it for ourselves! I was so excited and wasn't disappointed! It was hard to chose what to have as there were so many sweet and savoury options!

The prices were awesome for the size of the meals too - very impressed! The place itself is a bit run down and could do with a little touch up here and there but the food and the friendly staff more then make up for it!

My husband and I had dinner here and were very happy. It was a Sunday night so it wasn't too busy. There were some musicians playing Irish music which was a nice touch.

We both had steak and they were cooked exactly the way we asked for it, great size, great price and the Bearnaise sauce was delicious. They came out quick too.

We didn't look upstairs at the other levels, but would recommend a meal downstairs for good pub grub!

Hubby organised a surprise weekend getaway and when I walked into our Harbourview room on the 19th floor, it was literally breathtaking! I could have sat at the window and looked out over the harbour all day and night! Our room had 270 degree views from Barangaroo all across the harbour and around to the city.

The room was absolute luxury! King bed with the fluffiest doona I have ever used, a range of pillows, marble bathroom with seperate bath and shower, flat screen tv, free wifi, mini bar. A one night stay was not enough!

Having said this, as it is 5 star, it has a 5 star price to match. Therefore I wouldn't be able to stay there a lot, but special occasions is a must! It is worth it to splurge at least once!

The views from the 36th floor are amazing!! We were not lucky enough to get a window seat, but was still great! I think everyone needs to experience this! It is very pricey but there is a great range, and some cocktails I had never even heard of. Staff are very friendly, fast and helpful. Glad we decided to go up for a drink!

Rang in the morning to see if I could book in for a rego check. I could drop it off straight away. They said it would be a few hours. Got a message just over an hour later saying it was ready.

Fast and friendly service and professional. Will definitely use again.

I needed tyres for my Outlander and we rang Jax as they are close to home. One the phone they suggested some good tyres for us in our price range and said they could order them in and they would be there in a couple of days. The day before they were due in, they rang us and said that they could no longer order those tyres and they had rung around looking for us and couldnt source any. They suggested another brand that they had in stock, that were a little dearer but could be fitted that day.

The service was fast and friendly and I am very happy with the tyres. I will definitely use them again.

My mum and I have lunch at The Coffee Club quite often, but not usually at Charlestown. There seemed to be plenty of staff on but all free tables were covered in dishes. We sat and hoped someone would come and clean the table but after 10 minutes of trying to get the waitresses attention, no one did. One waitress in particular seemed to be deliberately avoiding our table. After we went and asked for the table to be cleaned, this waitress was asked to do it, and still she avoided us. A young man eventually did it while she stood behind the counter drinking coffee and chatting. Very bad customer service on her bad, and gave the whole place a bad image in my opinion.

The food was tasty, was a good serving size and came out quickly though.

Did the 20 minute Jet Blast today for my sisters birthday and it was awesome! The driver was fun and knew how to drive that boat! It was windy today too so that added to the fun of being thrown around.

Great location on the lake with plenty of area to sit and watch in the shade, and a sandy little beach to paddle. We were lucky enough to see pelican feeding when we finished too.

Highly recommended!
