Anthony has helped me out twice now with my washing machine (2 different problems don't worry!)

He gets the job done quickly, doesn't over quote, works closely with you to find the best time for his visit and is a generally lovely fellow :) ...does a jolly good repair job too!

I had my first visit at ATS today. Anthony made me feel welcome from the initial phone call to when I walked in the door and I felt that way until I left. Sarah took out my extensions which were driving me nuts and she took them out quickly and with minimal ouch and she was just lovely. Anthony and I had a talk about a cut and I'll be going back for an analysis and can't wait to have a cut! Thanks guys I really appreciate the care you took today

All the vets here are wonderfully caring. They were really helpful when I had to ask at each step what the costs would be and my cat was beautifully looked after. They are so helpful over the phone as well. I called quite a few times about my cat's symptoms and they really took the time to work out what was wrong. I would thoroughly recommend this team of lovely vets

We've just had our cat seen to by one of the ICU nurses at Advanced Vet Care without an appointment on a Sunday and we didn't have to wait. The vet was calm and caring and she really helped with keeping our cat calm enough that he purred at her! She gave us comprehensive advice and everything we needed to look out for with our boy's health. We can't thank the team enough.

The CBD Hairroom was one I found out of desperation after having had a dreadful cut elsewhere. I called, spoke to Tony and was promptly given an appointment that suited my schedule. Megan saved my hair and turned the look of it into something looking stylish which at that point I didn't think was possible. I snuck in yesterday with no appointment and this was a good 2 months since the last cut. Tony, the manager remembered my name, where I lived, everything. It made me feel so welcome. Again I was sat down straight away and met another lady hair dresser Gabby. Again she's given me a trim and cut that has made my hair look fab. I may sound like I'm gushing but the bad cut really messed with my confidence and this team has given it back to me. Oh and they pop aromatherapy oils on your hair after it's washed, so right now I smell of divine sandalwood and mandarin YUM!

Absolutely atrocious. I was able to take a walk-in appointment , that was the only good point of the visit. I had grown my nails long especially to have them shellac-ed, and I asked the lady to follow my natural nail shape. She filed them the wrong shape and I took the nail file, filed one of my own nails to show her what I meant. She then filed them down to nothing, all square, or squarish, and all uneven. One of the other ladies then stood behind me as they both spoke Vietnamese over my head. Then lady#2 took over. The lady#2 finished the filing, even though I had barely any nails left, and has torn all my cuticles and left raw patches on the sides of my fingers. She then applied the shellac, unevenly, and I had to remind her to apply the top coat to my right hand. There are streaks in the shellac, my nails look dreadful and I was charged the full $40, even though she told me she knew they weren't good enough. Whilst there I also witnessed one lady take a bowl that had been on the table, full of some liquid that had been used on a customer, and pour what was left in the bowl back into a large bottle containing the same liquid, I shall assume for re-use. Terrible experience and I won't be going back.
