I recently purchased some Eagle Pack Holistic Select canned cat food from the Petz Central website. This order was delayed due to issues with the Eagle Pack supplier warehouse but Michael at Petz Central was so fantastic keeping me up-to-date on email. Oustanding customer service is hard to come by nowadays but Michael was top-notch. Products eventually arrived in great condition and price was the best I found for this product at the time of purchase.

Excellent range of quality natural pet products. I have brought Organix dry cat food twice now from this website, delivery was prompt and product in excellent condition both times. Reputable online business with a great website that is easy to use and good to look at. Best of all, everything is natural!

Arrived 7:30pm on a Thursday night for pizza and venue was packed. There are some great tables by windows but I reckon you must have to get in pretty early for those. So we took the only table we could find at the time at the back of the bar near the pool table. A couple next to us had to use their mobile phone to read the menu. It was super dingy. $4 pizza is pretty hard to beat and the Uno vegan pizza was delicious. Shame we couldn't SEE what we were eating though because of dim lighting. I acknowledge this is a pub venue, not a restaurant, but all the same a bit more lighting would not go astray when serving food. The other issue we had was lack of table numbers. When ordering at the bar we had to give a general description of where we were seated. We had wait staff come to us 3-4 times with pizza's that weren't ours because they didn't know what table to take the orders to. Overall though, pizza was good and I'd go back but try earlier for a decent table. Can't comment on live music as we didn't stay. Was not the kind of place to kick back and relax over some drinks with friends.

My experience here did not equate to the reviews below. Three of us went on a Wednesday night hoping to be blown away but alas the highlight for me was the dinnerware dessert was served on rather than the dessert itself. I appreciate the high price for things organic and fair trade but I expect the taste to match the price tag and the brownie in a bowl left much to be desired. We also did not experience any 'passion' from the man who served us, in fact when engaged in conversation he barely sad boo. Good options for vegans, but this place was not for me.

Quirky interior, the tables/chairs are not the most comfortable for dining but there is definitely a homey feel about the place. Not a lot on the menu, but what there is sufficient and delicious. Friendly wait staff. This place is cool.

This cafe is busy for a reason! Awesome food options, friendly staff and reasonable prices to boot. The vegetarian lasagna is some of the best I've eaten. There is food to go or much more on the menu if you want to sit in. Can be hard to get a seat and take a while if you order from the menu (I go on my lunch break), but it's worth it. The sweet treats are superb, especially love the vanilla slice! And I hear the coffee is great too.

Went to EBC for Monday vegan night. Points for vegan pub options however the service left much to be desired. Affordable vegan fare (mock "chicken" burgers and schnitzels) makes for a popular spot, but a one hour wait for dinner followed by another hour wait for a slice of vegan cake - not cool. I would be reluctant to return. Whilst the food is a novelty, it was nothing amazing and ultimately not worth the wait. I should note this a pub venue, not a restaurant.

Mixed feelings about our first visit to Mamasita. We went as a group of 9 for a Monday night birthday in June. Having read the website beforehand which notes booked tables must have a five course set menu at $40 per head (plus drinks) we opted to take the risk and hope we could be seated on the night. A few of us arrived early at 6pm and headed upstairs. There were loads of empty tables at the time, we asked for a table for 9 and were flatly and rudely refused by staff who advised groups needed to book because the kitchen could only cater a set menu for such a large group. We explained that we did not mind not eating all at once or sitting at tables next to each other, but were given a card and sent out the door. This guy was extremely off-putting. We went downstairs and waited for the remainder of our party then headed up with two fresh faces at the front to try again. During this time the venue had gotten busier but there were still multiple long tables available that we knew we could fit at. Second attempt they let us in but would only seat those of us who were here (by now we were 5). At least we were in! Eventually our other guests arrived, but unfortunately not in time to secure the once vacant seats behind us when we arrived. Thus meaning two of our party having to sit opposite us at the bar and one of us standing because staff refused to allow a seat at the end of our table. What's infuriating about this service is they still make the revenue whether we saved the seats behind us and ate together or whether we were split up because they sat other people behind us that could have otherwise sat elsewhere. Anyway, we eventually won the battle to allow a seat at the end of our table and as the group did not all know each other, we were OK to rotate having two of us at the bar. Food was pretty good. Highlights would be the the salsa, guacamole and elotes callejeros (corn). Unfortunately the whole experience was overshadowed by the ridiculous lack of service. Our waiter was prompt in taking orders and supplying drinks, but the concierge who was adamant to make our lives difficult because we hadn't booked with the set menu was a huge disappointment. Overall our night was enjoyed by all and I look forward to going back as a smaller group and enjoying the food more specifically. When will people learn that the customer is there to be accommodated not to make your life easy? Staff should get on with the job of making customers experience memorable, and not in a negative way.

With a group of four we had dinner here one busy Saturday night. Fortunately the full restaurant did not effect a prompt service. Food was delicious, I had the vegetarian risotto and we shared cakes for dessert (the lemon tart was great). Not the quietest place with tables quite close together, but I would definitely go back.
