Very thick pizza bases, the thickest I've ever had filled to the brim with toppings and not very much cheese. I normally go for thin crust pizzas but these ones are irresistable and one of a kind. I get cravings for them, so distinctive. And don't worry they're not rubbery those horrible rubbery bases but lovely and soft. Its value for money because you end up eating half as many slices as usual. The calzone is also lovely.

What a sensational venue and what value. Can't believe the standard of food I received on the fixed price dinner menu. And what about the wine list too, which also comes with a sommelier who knows just what to recommend. I'll be back with the money I saved from this visit.

Food is fabulous, with signature dishes that you wouldn't find in most Vietnamese restaurants, service was wonderful, warm and friendly. I loved eating with proper linen tablecloths and napery, loved the fact that the tables weren't crammed in together although they could easily fit another four, they have opted for space.

We loved our degustation lunch at Bacar while back. The staff were very friendly and the food and wine very good indeed. So nice to find a top class place away from the city area, we wish them every success. And good to see their feedback to online sources such as this.

Bacar is a great place for a special occasion, highly recommended if you want to splash out a bit. Well done Bacar.

I found the food at least compared to the twenty odd other Thai restaurants on King Street, was strictly average. Admittedly, I have eaten here only once, so it is possible that I caught them on an off night.

This place seemed quite nice when I first visited not quite so long ago and the food is really great, especially considering that this is a Guylian Chocolate cafe shop and I love chocolate... The staff were not that helpful and I preferred the Lindt Chocolate cafe

We had some beautiful ribs last saturday night. The service could have been better, but I have seen worse. The chocolate dessert put the icing on the cake in terms of a good meal. Definitely room for improvement in terms of service.

Very nice restaurant. Small but nice atmosphere. The service was a lot more efficient than most places I have been. The chilli prawn pizza I ordered was not quite as good as my friend bragged but it was good enough that I would order it again when I go back. It was very nice, though for a chilli pizza, it was not very hot! But I would recommend it to anyone.

Good coffee, a nice place to sit, and the service has improved a lot since last year.
Food is good, but can be a little pricier than other cafes. There is a lot to choose from and I love it!
