The place trades under the name Food for Less, but really its a subsidiary of woolworths. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. The shops a bit old, but the shelves are kept clean and there is usually alot less people in there compared to the coles down the road.
This place bakes its own cookies fresh. The iced chocolates they make are quite nice (depending on who serves you), and you get a free cookie with your coffees and hot chocolates.
This coles is always always packed! The lines are usually long, but the staff are quite efficient. Has a great range of products, but am annoyed when they delete lines without warning i.e. cant buy CCs at coles anymore becuase they relpaced it with the Youll love coles brand!
Ikea has an excellent range of house products at very affordable prices. For instance the kitchens come in kits that are much cheaper than getting them through a kitchen place. Only drawback is trying to get really bulky items out of the store to the car (nightmare!) but at the end of the day your saving heaps of money, so a bit of leg effort is worth it!
This is a lovely pizza shop that located in Kingsgrove. They make great pizzas and are staff are especially lovely. They are happy to cater to requests and will basically make whatever pizza you want! Definitely would recommend to anyone stopping by!
Approximate cost: $20
Pies Plus makes great pastries and are especially great when need to cater for functions i.e. they will make and box all the pies and sausage rolls you want! Tastes great and the staff are lovely.
this place has an excellent range of fabrics, from silks to cottens etc. Some areas are very messy such as the craft ranges, and some stock appears to be quite old. However, because of the massive range they are a great local option when you need some piece of crafting material that is not carried anywhere else. Staff are very nice, but sometimes hard to locate.
New Zealand Natural at Hurstville is a very nice icecream store located in the lcoal Westfields. They have the full range of the chains icecreams, my favourite being cookies and cream. The staff are nice and friendly and quick to assist.
Hot Dollar is a discount variety store in Hurstville Westfield. They have a very extensive variety of items such as candles through to dress up party stuff. they have a lovely range of gift boxes and gift bags which i love!
