Absolutely fantastic!!! I purchased online on Tuesday night and my order arrived in Victoria on Thursday morning. The prices were also the cheapest I found,and that doesn't include free postage!

I had lunch there with a colleague, and they were fantastic. A lovely atmosphere and great staff, they were also very accommodating of my 18 month old son.

I took my son here for his first birthday a few months ago and I was pretty disappointed. I have been here a few years ago with a friend and I remember it being fantastic, but it seems as though they haven't kept it maintained since then. There were a lot of tears in things in the 'toddler' area, as well as the main area that had been taped over, some of the equipment wasn't working. I don't think I'll be going back.

I have been coming here for years now! They have the best hot chocolates, and it's also a great meeting place to catch up with friends to have the 'Chocolate Affair'. The service is fantastic, and when I used to work in the city and stop in there most mornings or evenings, the staff would recognise me and were always friendly.

A little while ago I purchased a 'Scoopon' that entitled me to a Makeover Pack from Glamour Hair Salon. It included a Professional Hair Consultation, Hair Treatment, Scalp Massage, Style Cut and Blowave! It was absolutely fantastic. My hairdresser was great, he was helpful, and helped me pick a hairstyle that suited me. I'll definitely be going back!

I purchased 3 months unlimited waxing from Scoopon earlier in the year and had my first visit to Angelique the other day. The service was fantastic! The lady I saw was friendly, which is a must when getting a wax, because you feel quite vulnerable, I didn't feel rushed and she even helped keep my 16 month old son amused.

I've been taking my son there for swimming lessons now for a few weeks, and they are great! The staff are extremely friendly, and only too happy to help.

I was after a 'self-help' book of sorts, and when I rang this store to find out if they had it in stock, the lady that I spoke to had actually read it & used it herself. She told me that the book was great, and also offered some other advice that she'd picked up herself since she'd read the book.

To me customer service is the most important aspect of buying something, and the customer service here was excellent. The staff were extremely happy & helpful, and the manager was more than willing to answer my silly little questions. I have already recommended this store to my friends.
