The products are great, I can always count on getting a good deal when I do shop there, the store is almost always clean and tidy and well stocked. I can't however vouch for the service. Most staff seem to do the bare minimum when it comes to customer service, there are a few good ones there, but mostly once you're at the checkout it feels like you're being herded like cattle.

Great place for good quality second hand items, bought good DVD's and some garden care items, never had a problem. Good customer service as well. On the pawn broker side of things, I've only ever pawned the one item and they were really easy to deal with and explained how their pricing worked, very happy.

Great discount store for stocking up for parties and art supplies, not like most discount stores. I particularly like the range of childrens stickers, both for books and walls, great place for cheap good quality gifts as well.

Always enjoy visiting this store, great service and advice on what movies are good specific to my own tastes, and always love the $1.95 Tuesdays. The Store is always neat and tidy and the staff are all friendly.

Great place for kids and adults, the ladies were both so patient with my then 12 month old son who really did not want a haircut. Also great with my 4 year daughter who loves haircuts and great for me too.

We took one car in for a tyre fit and wheel alignment, and had go back as they had not aligned it properly, which they fixed without charging us the second time. But then we asked the if they could do an engine swap for a gas car and they said yes they could, so we took our other car in, they a week tops. A month and way too much money later we got the car back, but it stopped working almost as soon as we left the place. We went back and they checked it and said it was fine, we then decided to take it elsewhere and they had it for a day, and wrote a list of all the things that these guys had done wrong, due to the fact that they were not qualified to work on a gas car, and because they didn't know what they were doing not only did we have to get the motor re connected properly. We also had to get a new gas converter which was working fine at the time. We went back to the Bailey Rd guys and they said that they couldn't guarantee who had been working on our car and so we asked for a certain amount of money back from them, and ended up only getting half of that amount. We ended up just wiping our hands clean of these people and not pursuing any legal avenue as it had already been such a strain on the both of us.

These people fit you in for an assessment right away and then order your lenses for you. It took a couple of days for the lenses to come in but then it only took a couple of hours to fit two sets of lenses. Due to the fact that we were just getting lenses in old frames meant it was alot cheaper than buying two pairs of glasses.

This gentleman has a 24 hour breakdown service and comes out at any time day or night. We had a weird power surge one night and he came out within half and hour of calling and assessed the problem and fixed it. Very happy, and the price wasn't terrible either considering it was at night.

These mechanics are great, we have had both of our cars there numerous times and every time they fix the problem. They also call to check with us if anything extra needs to be done before going ahead. Very friendly staff and they explain things in laymens terms.

These guys were great, we needed to have our exhaust fixed, and they put us in right away and it only took an hour and a bit and it was done, and much cheaper than expected
