The products are great and the value is also great. But I experienced terrible customer service from management and the cash register staff. Never again will I return to the Menai store. I will order online from now on as that way I dont have to deal with unprofessional staff - expecially on a management level.

A great idea and website. The whole concept of the site makes it alot easier when considering where to purchase a particular product or service. Highly recommended and I suggest everyone gives it a go.

The staff member was not very helpful to me when trying to purchase IT products and did not want to assist very much by explaining different models and in particular the price of cartridges. But overall, a good store and I ended up leaving purchasing everything but IT products. Maybe out of the Xmas season they will have the facilities to have more staff on to assist. I would go back and try again as the other staff were helpful.

A smaller Bunnings store but still just as good. It was easy to access products and they were reasonably priced. Purchased a few Christmas presents and the experience was too easy.

They dont stock enough products too give a 5 star rating. A huge shop with plenty of room, however, they have empty shelves! The products that a shop of this kind would usually stock, were not on the shelves. So that makes it hard. But the products they did have are good and the female staff are helpful. Thanks.

Ordered products for Christmas early, only to find now that they have all been drastically reduced a week later! Disappointing result in this regard but on the other hand, the products are good, however the value for money side is not great. If they had not reduced the price of there products within a week of ordering, they would of received 5 stars.
