When over in Adelaide for a work conference we ate here, we were a big group of about 25 and they accommodated us very well. We have a banquet style meal so lots of share dishes over different courses, we had seafood, vege dishes, noodles, rice etc. There was quite a few seafood options which I don't eat but I advised I was vegetarian and there were lots of alternatives they bought out. Despite the group size and having to bring out that much food at once it was all fresh, hot and very yummy. We were well served on with them continuously topping up drinks, asking if we needed anything etc, impressive service.

My husband and I ate here after we joined the wagon tour through the Swan Valley, we sat out of the veranda area overlooking the lake, setting was lovely and it was a nice warm day. I had a steak sandwich and hubby chose the salt and pepper squid. My sandwich was really nice and filling, decent quality steak without too much fat, could have done with a bit more salad rather than just lettuce and tomato but was still really nice. Staff were friendly, food came out quick enough, we did sit for a while after lunch just relaxing as it was a nice view.

We used Mr Stubby for our wedding stubby holders, we wanted somewhere local and they were able to offer us the best price including an image and the personal message we wanted on it. They were really efficient and got proofs back to us quickly, changed things to what we wanted etc. I would use them again and have recommended them to my workplace who also ended up placing an order with them and were happy with the outcome.

Have eaten here on several occassions as some friends of our lived nearby in Baldivis. Their meals are quite nice but I don't really like their salad bar, the idea is good but I find the choice limited and they don't always look very appealing. Food from the main menu is really good, my favourite so far would probably be the nasi goreng or mi goreng, they do nice asian dishes there which is a nice change from all the western food.

This is a pretty cool place, quite upmarket in my opinion for down to earth Broome but probably something that has lacked in the past. We went here for a tapas lunch and it was dead quiet, 1 other couple in there so I am guessing it gets busier in the nights? We had 4 tapas between the 3 of us and they were filling. Chorizio was my fav and the mushroom was my least fav as they were a bit soggy for me - overall it's a lovely setting but we did feel a bit under dressed, got great service but probably due to the lack of people there!! Tapas were around $8 to $12 each.

Have eaten here a few times as we generally stay on Cable Beach side of Broome and this is relatively close by. We have had the tapas menu before which was quite good, nice if you don't really know what you want and have a few people to share with. The other time I had a Wagyu beef and I highly recommend it if you can fork out the $$ (about $40-ish), the chef cooked it to perfection for me (medium), had it with lovely roasted potatoes and a red wine sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed it, I was a bit worried because of the price but in the end it was worth paying. As nights in Broome are generally warm I do suggest sitting outside as it's lovely out there, if you can only get inside it's not so bad but it's right near the bar so yeah I prefer outside. Some nights it can get a few rough people in there but it's a pub so you kind of expect that, I haven't had any issues and it's normally different in the bistro/restaurant area.

Definitely go here to try the ginger beer and the chilli beer, the chilli beer is very chilli so I hope you like it hot! These are my fav two but there are lots to try and you can actually get a sample of them for a small fee, like a tasting thing, before you buy which is tops! Try and book so that you can get a seat our on the veranda as this is the best way to enjoy your time, it's really relaxing. We didn't get a full meal here, just the tasting plate for two which was great, I think it was outback one or something like that, it had kangaroo and croc on it as well as other stuff but we thought we'd give these a try - strangely interesting food, I wouldn't say delicious but different, not bad. Hard to describe really...anyway love this place, best for the beer! The tasting plate was around $30-$35 from memory...our beer bill was bigger ha ha

We stayed here as our friends were getting married in Denmark. These are lovely little quaint cottages, they are nice and private as the cottages aren't squished on top of each other. It really had a true country feel, the cottages are so rustic with nice big stones outside, lovely country feel inside. We loved it - not for everyone, if you want the standard hotel 5 star experience then I wouldn't stay here, this is for the country feel.

When we built our new house we decided to go all LED lighting due to the amount it could save on power bills and also because we have lots of downlights and wanted lights that would stay cool in the roof and not pose problems with our blow in insulation. This company was recommend to us and they were so helpful, the guy bought around the different types of lights we could use in our house to show us the different wattage and how it lit up the room, also the different styles of lights etc. The initial cost of LED's was a big higher than fluro's but our bills are lower now and the lights are said to last a lot longer. The lights also fit in to our exisitng light sockets so we didn't have to pay more money for anything 'special' etc.

Our very close friends have recently moved to Denmark and this is their fav place to eat so they took us there on our latest trip down. This is a fantastic place, they have amazing meals, they are HUGE, and I am not exaggerating, they are just massive. I felt like the chicken parmy was half a chicken! The lamb shanks were divine, so tender and so filling, lovely gravy. Vege's were nicely cooked and also ate these with the gravy and you can't go past classic mash! It's just such a nice friendly country pub, great rustic setting inside, great range of beers which kept the guys happy and I can see why it's their favourite.
