Whenever I want to introduce my friends to vegan food I bring them to vegie bar. It's great having more than 1 or 2 options when eating at a restaurant, in fact, i have more than 20. Delicious, delicious, delicious!!

I learnt the hard way when I rocked up to Smith Street and didn't find one of my favourite vegetarian/vegan restaurants. Fortunately (with the aid of the trusty iphone), we were able to find it a few footsteps away on a side street.

New venue, but same great food. Thanks Trippy Tacos!!

I bought a voucher for a trip to the snow with some friends. I found out shortly after that the bus my friends were booked on was full. I sent a polite email to scoopon asking for a credit to use on another offer as I could not go with my friends and didn't want to go alone. After a few emails exchanged, they would not refund me the money.

They are money hungry with no loyalty to customers. DISGUSTING.

I took my car in to get assessed for damages and they took control of the situation. Got RACV on the phone to me, took photos and then rang me within days to organize the repairs for me. Got my car back within 1 week of dropping it off (2 claims). Would recommend to EVERYONE.

Poor customer service. Almost seemed like I was annoying them. Squeezed a quote out of them but decided to take my business elsewhere. A bit of shame seeing as they are so close to where I live.
