The car is fine but the service here sucked BIG TIME. Seemed to take three phone calls and four emails to arrange ANYTHING, and despite the fact that I was spending quite a bit on a new car they were not interested in accommodating me at all. The first time I went in there to see a car (with an appointment) they hadn't bothered to get the car on site! Then they refused to bring the car to me. The price was right though, so in the end I bought here - but they didn't offer car mats, window tinting or all the other little bits that you might expect from a specialist dealer. And they were inconvenient as all get-out to find, get to and park.

Nice to be able to get a properly cooked, actual burger - no plastic cheese or sugary bread here! I love the herbed mayo and the spices on the chips. Everything prepared fresh and served hot. Not cheap, but good value, especially with a Student Card on Mondays and Tuesdays, and they support Movember as well! And you can read the papers for free. Only thing I don't like is that the music can be a little loud.

Approximate cost: $8 - $15

Fantastic service! I always check for information here before buying a big item, and they've helped me with a washing machine, dryer, car and lots of smaller things as well. It is great to know that you are getting the opinions of other real people, and not mouthpieces of companies! They also provide points of view on current issues (such as organic food) and reviews of a range of products that you wouldn't have time to test yourself, such as shampoos and lipsticks. Sometimes the information is a little subjective, reflecting the values of the reviewers, but I can live with that!

Their yum cha is great, they accommodate children no sweat, and there is a fish tank with live fish! Their seafood is the best, always excellent quality, but don't take people here who don't eat seafood as their other dishes aren't so outstanding. Fine, just not special in any way. This is one of the few places I take my mother-in-law...

I'm a regular here - their food is great, the atmosphere is relaxed, they can handle prams and the service is spot-on! Not exactly cheap, but not overpriced for what you get either - great seafood pasta!

Reading other people's saved us from making a *very* costly mistake in choosing a builder! Since then, I come here to check and rate lots of local businesses - such a great service! I just wish more people knew about it and used it! Power to the people!

This is the shop owned by the ABA (Australian Breastfeeding Association) and has a lot of their (very useful) resources and products.

I could find maternity/nursing bras and clothes that actually FIT! The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and will fit you either during your pregnancy or afterwards. This is important as fitting maternity bras can be tricky. They carry a great range of nicer looking bras in large cup sizes, and the prices no higher than most other places. I also got quite a few good deals at their end-of-season sales.

They also carry maternity/nursing wear fit to wear to work in a professional setting! This is unusual for maternity/nursing wear, and I loved being able to actually try it on, as opposed to buying "blind" online.

They also have baby carriers, bibs, milk storing freezer trays, breast pads and lots of interesting and hard-to-find little bits and pieces for babies and breastfeeding.

They also have a lot of parenting/breastfeeding advice books and pamphlets for as little as $5 per topic, and they rent out breast pumps! What more could you possibly want??

We usually get their takeaway, but not often. I find it very expensive for what you get, and the quality doesn't really justify it. I think they have a corner in the market called "healthy pizza" and are milking it for all it is worth! On the whole, I can do better myself at home, although the gluten free option is worth knowing about.

The food here is always fantastic - lots of great seafood, hearty Italian, excellent desserts and they make good coffee. The wine list appears pretty comprehensive to my untrained eye. Not cheap exactly, but good value and very reliable quality. Can get a little noisy when the place is full.

A smaller bookshop that really takes the time to help you find things and will order in what you want, even if it is hard to find. They called when they said they would, and thought they aren't exactly cheap, they aren't overpriced either. They have their own loyalty card for frequent shoppers and I've been giving mine a workout!
